Description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include providing operations support to assigned services including schedule management, billing and authorizations, utilization and file management.

What You'll Do

  • Effectively manage systems utilized by departments.

  • Ensure schedules are completed accurately and timely. Collaborate with other services and families to schedule. Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences, illness, and vacation.

  • Complete identified forms with families, scan and upload to identified systems.

  • Other Duties: Responsibility may include billing, records management, training, and other duties as assigned by leadership.

    Benefits

  • This role is full-time and eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account. PTO is frontloaded upon hire and starts accruing immediately. As a non-profit organization, we participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.

    Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm

    What You’ll Need

  • Required: High school degree or equivalent

  • Preferred: One year of clerical/administrative experience, including customer service

  • An ability to maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.

  • Demonstration of proficient organizational and time management skills with developed problem-solving skills and decision-making, and ability to prioritize multiple demands.

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to proficiently learn new software programs.

  • Ability to interpret and follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
