Description
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator. Responsibilities include providing operations support to assigned services including schedule management, billing and authorizations, utilization and file management.
What You'll Do
Effectively manage systems utilized by departments.
Ensure schedules are completed accurately and timely. Collaborate with other services and families to schedule. Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences, illness, and vacation.
Complete identified forms with families, scan and upload to identified systems.
Other Duties: Responsibility may include billing, records management, training, and other duties as assigned by leadership.
Benefits
This role is full-time and eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account. PTO is frontloaded upon hire and starts accruing immediately. As a non-profit organization, we participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6pm
What You’ll Need
Required: High school degree or equivalent
Preferred: One year of clerical/administrative experience, including customer service
An ability to maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
Demonstration of proficient organizational and time management skills with developed problem-solving skills and decision-making, and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to proficiently learn new software programs.
Ability to interpret and follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
