Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders, especially those with pulse welding experience. However, welders with MIG/TIG experience and an aptitude for pulse welding are also encouraged to apply. We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks.

  • Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

  • Utilize pulse welding techniques if experienced.

  • Fabricate and weld components according to specifications.

  • Grind and finish welded parts as required.

  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe work practices.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ months of welding experience

  • 6+ months of blueprint reading

  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Pulse welding experience is preferred.

  • Experience with stainless steel and wire feed welding.

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled, agricultural setting.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings that are non-climate controlled. The job requires steel toe boots and jeans, with the option to wear short sleeves. Shift details are as follows: 1st shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with mandatory 8 hours overtime each Friday’s shift and optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (four 12-hour shifts) with optional overtime each Saturday from 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM. 2nd shift offers an additional $2/hr.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00
