Looking for Individuals with Flexographic Printing Experience!

Job Description:

• Set up and operate flexographic sleeve machines according to job specifications

• Monitor and adjust sleeve machines

• Load and unload cores and finished product

• Responsible for job set-ups and changeovers

• Follow job specifications and meet customer and company quality specifications

• Complete production reports

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in press operation and flexography

• Ability to use and read a tape measure

• Ability to perform basic math

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience in machine operation and quality checks

Work Environment:

• This is a smaller family-owned and operated company with very low turnover

• The dress code includes steel-toe boots, jeans/work pants with no holes, and a t-shirt

• The company provides PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

• The 1st shift schedule is from 5 AM to 1 PM, and the 2nd shift is from 1 PM to 9 PM
