Job Summary:

The Commercial Banking Product Specialist provides daily support to the Commercial Banking Product Managers and their clients. This position will perform a wide range of administrative duties and responsibilities to support specific product-led products and services while also working as a liaison between the client and product managers. This position manages correspondences, creates reports, creates documentation, performs product specific activities and assists with identifying and resolving client issues. This position will also ensure all required tasks associated with the client relationship are accomplished in a timely manner while maintaining high quality customer service.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

· Assists clients with routine product inquiries (answering questions on products, processes and procedures), research, investigations, etc.

· Assists clients with service issues with little supervision from the Product Manager, which may include in-person calls

· Prepares Sales Officer pre-call plan documents for product related activities

· Participates in product implementation activities, trainings, and after go live support; when required will also attend demos

· Notifies clients when tasks are completed, require more information to complete, or when a process has failed

· Coordinates specific functions within the purview of a specific product or products

· Maintains documentation needed to perform specific product functions within shared product drives

· Reviews monthly account analysis statements for accuracy and facilitates changes to treasury operations and TMSOs

· Leads customer facing presentations

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· 4-year college degree preferred

· At least four years in a customer service-oriented environment desired

· Experience with Treasury Services products & bank operations is preferred

· Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

· Ability to deal effectively with customers and all levels of the bank organization

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $26.00 - $30.00 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $54,080 - $62,400)
