Robert Half Marketing & Creative is in search for the perfect candidate for a long term contract employment opportunity for a fully remote Product Owner. This role is pivotal in our industry, with responsibilities that encompass the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of product roadmaps, aligning them with the overall team vision

• Collaborate actively with various teams to understand and forecast their requirements, and convert these into product specifications

• Supervise the entire process of product creation, including design and development stages

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, adapting to evolving needs

• Monitor the progress of the product at each stage, utilizing appropriate tools

• Coordinate with the product team and end-users to provide regular updates and status reports

• Ensure the continuity of product vision throughout the development process

• Oversee the development of products, from inception to completion

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive Progress, taking products from conception to launch

• Strong skills in Prioritization, able to identify key tasks for product success

• Excellent at Collaborating, working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to Translate complex product features into understandable benefits for users

• Skills in creating Cohesive product strategies, ensuring all elements work together seamlessly

• Proven experience in Product creation, successfully bringing new products to market

• Expertise in defining Product requirements, understanding and articulating what a product needs to succeed
