What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Head of Technology to join our Worksite Personal Investing team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for defining the technical vision, driving innovation, and delivering a groundbreaking product/offering!
Define the technical roadmap and align it with business objectives for the new product/offering.
Serve as a visionary for technology innovation, identifying opportunities for differentiation in the market.
Partner with executive leadership to influence the long-term technical strategy and business growth.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Foster collaboration among multi-functional teams, including Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure cohesive product delivery.
Establish and manage KPIs to track progress and ensure alignment with goals.
Communicate technical vision and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, partners, and contractors as needed.

Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience, plus 15 years or more of relevant experience; prefer 10 years or more of leadership experience.
You have a deep understanding of how business needs drive technology and have implemented and delivered innovative technical strategies.
You have the ability to make quick decisions while understanding the impact on delivery.
You are technically savvy and a leader with a proven track record in managing technical teams and products.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Deep knowledge of wealth management tech ecosystems.
Previous experience building out retail wealth solutions and products.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$174000 - $236000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
