Customer Service Representative - REMOTE - UPDATED PAY - $16, must live near Des Moines, IA.

Are you an experience Customer Service Representative who can work in a team atmosphere, but also thrive independently? Manpower has immediate openings for Customer Service Reprentatives for our client in Des Moines. Pick up equipment in Des Moines , then you work from home. This is a temporary position through the end of the year.

What is the job?

  • Conduct outbound calls to enrollees to update case based on return mail.

  • Conduct outbound calls to enrollees to remind them of their eligibility renewal needing to be completed.• Review spreadsheets to determine if an outbound call is needed for renewal reminder.

What should you bring to the job?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Ability to pass a background check
