Corteva Agriscience R&D Operations Intern - Project Management in Des Moines, Iowa

As a project manager intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to manage and deliver facilities construction and integrated systems projects that have real impact. You’ll have the chance to take concepts from paper to reality, gaining hands-on experience that will last well beyond your internship.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the researchers and engineers to define, scope, develop and deliver project/s to research clients.

  • Follow appropriate project process methodology to deliver the project on-time, within budget and to defined objectives.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project management.

Qualifications - What You'll Bring:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to transparency and a passion for creating value for customers.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at current university.

  • A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.  Applicants who do not indicate that they have the necessary permanent work authorization will not be considered for this US-based position. 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science.

  • Experience with MS Office Products
