TEKsystems has a new and exciting Remote Customer Support opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa* must reside within 40 miles*

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from consumers including the public.

• Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.

• Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail email or download.

• Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.

• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.

• Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Must have 1+ year of Call Center Experience
