The OHAI Revenue Cycle Scheduling Team is responsible for delivering the next generation healthcare scheduling management applications for healthcare providers. We are seeking hands-on Senior Member of Technical Staff Engineers that share our passion and excitement of building scalable Revenue Cycle Scheduling system for the health care Industry. You will take part in the disruption of the health care industry and will help deliver better patient care.

Responsibilities

As a member of the scheduling's production engineering team, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications through several technology stack. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement change requests to existing software architecture to meet changing requirements. You will partner up with Support orgs to troubleshoot customer issues and drive them towards resolution. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.

You are comfortable working at all levels of the stack.

You know Java & JavaScript; or, you don't know JavaScript, but are willing to learn.

Minimum Qualifications

US Citizenship on US soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen.

BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent

6+ years of full-stack software development experience

Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms)

Experience in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, RCP, SQL.

Strong desire to make an impact and thrive in collaborative and energetic environments

Ability to communicate technical concepts verbally and through design aspects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise level applications

• Experience with healthcare/scheduling systems.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
