About the Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Analyst – Lease Administration you will support the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform full-scope basic audits for the global client account Request additional information and recommend action for additional audit and recovery.

  • Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and appropriate charges are made and recorded.

  • Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received. Verify the expenses charged to clients following lease clauses.

  • Prepare and review the CAM reconciliations and ensure their accuracy and adherence to business control standards and guidelines.

  • Prepare ledger Reviews and Account Cleanup

  • Working with the CBRE lease administration team to direct them in the proper abstraction and interpretation of the complicated lease language (working with the transaction teams on global leases).

  • Build effective landlord relationships through consistency of communication

  • Have knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Inspect the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Analyst position is $60,000 annually or $28.85 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Analyst position is $80,000 annually or $38.47 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
