Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer based in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be expected to process customer applications, maintain accurate customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions as needed.

• Develop and maintain full-stack software applications using C#.Net, including WCF and MVC.

• Utilize GIT for source control and manage front-end development using VueJS or similar frameworks like Angular or React.

• Oversee backend development with a focus on SQL read/write/code.

• Apply Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

• Implement and manage Microservices architecture.

• Assist in transitioning the system to Azure services (cloud).

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Bug Tracking, Client Side Scripting, Content Management System (CMS), AB Testing, Agile Scrum, and Ajax for efficient project management and development.

• Handle API Development and ASP.NET as part of the daily duties.

Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking tasks

• Strong experience in Backend Development, with a focus on building robust and scalable systems

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking to ensure software functionality and efficiency

• Experience in Client Side Scripting to enhance user interaction and web application performance

• Knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) for website management and updates

• Capability in AB Testing for optimizing website layout and user experience

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies for software development projects

• Experience in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Proficiency in API Development, with the ability to design, build, and maintain APIs
