Job Title: RD Service Engineer / Mid

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RD Service Engineer to join our team in Johnston, IA, with a 100% on-site requirement. The primary focus is on delivering field sensors to respective teams to ensure timely deployment. You will manage field sensors, perform maintenance and preventive maintenance, and conduct seasonal preparation such as annual maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Additionally, you will inspect and troubleshoot lab equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance. You will also develop and communicate equipment updates, ensuring proper setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance of all equipment, machines, and sensors.

Hard Skills

• Run and maintain activities on Field sensors and in lab

• Experience with lab automation platforms

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field, or two-year technical degree with 3 years of experience

• Comfortable with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
