Our Curries brand (an ASSA ABLOY company) is growing and there has never been a more exciting time to join us! We are currently recruiting for several Manufacturing Team Members for our facility based in Mason City, Iowa.

What would you do as a member of our Manufacturing Team?

You will play a key role in the production process of our hollow metal doors and frames. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You would also:

  • Operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment according to meet daily production needs while maintaining quality expectations and safety standards.

  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any defects or discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for optimization.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.

  • Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.

  • Comply and enforce compliance of all state and federal regulations, Company standards and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

    What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent / T echnical certification or relevant experience is a plus.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or construction preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to carry 5-30 pounds without assistance

  • Ability to use hand tools, read shop drawings and accurately use a tape measure

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Commitment to safety practices and procedures.

  • Ability to follow instructions (both written and orally) in English

  • Available to work overtime when business demands require
