Aventure Staffing Sander in Orange City/Sioux Center area, Iowa
Sander - $22.00-$26.00/hr.
Mon-Fri 7a-4:30p
Are you an experienced auto body mechanic or have a desire to learn the trade? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Sander to join their team. As a Sander, you will utilize various hand tools to smooth surfaces for the paint department.
Responsibilities:
Scrape, Sand or wire brush all surfaces and edges until spatter, sharpness and blemishes are removed.
Bondo any area not fixed by above procedure.
Spot welds holes, smooths scratches and lifts dents.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous auto body schooling or experience preferred.
Desire to learn and have great attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Use hands to finger, handle or feel.
Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50lbs.
