Full Time 12 Month Contract - year round
Salary Range $43,888 to $58,686
Required: Degreed in Education is desirable but not required. Must have experience working with online schools
Communicate with students and caregivers in the enrollment process process to ensure all steps are completed.
Coordinate with school counselors to ensure individualized class schedules are built to support student learning needs and maximize learning opportunities.
Maintain records for online students.
Assist the online teachers with providing academic support as assigned.
Develop rapport with online students in order to assist with classes or direct them where to go for assistance.
Develop and maintain student participation and retention plans that include support for caregivers.
Work one on one with students in person and over the phone.
Collaborate with program administration and staff to support program expansion and development.
Collaborate with program administration to positively promote and enroll students.
On call some evenings, weekends, and school breaks.
Travel at least two times a week with possible overnight.
Willingness to attend virtual and in person meetings and promotional events throughout the state.
Demonstrate strong ability to use technology for record keeping, general communications, professional networking and meetings.
