Responsibilities will include:
Entering trades, processing invoices and other transactions for the department and client accounts.
Reconciling statements, department cash, assets and accounts.
Assisting with insurance, data entry, generating monthly reports, mailings, and assisting customers.
Requirements:
4 year degree in accounting or related field or 2 - 3 years of related administrative type experience
Strong communication and accounting skills
High proficiency in Excel & other computer skills
Personable, professional, detail-oriented, organized
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
