Avera Revenue Cycle Director in Sioux Center, Iowa

This position is a key leadership position that contributes to the organization’s financial strength, compliance and overall performance by leading a team of revenue cycle managers who are responsible for the claim's submission for our patients, their insurance carrier, and/or other third-party vendors to minimize delay and maximize reimbursement. The Revenue Cycle Director (RCD) will develop and implement policies in collaboration with Managers to have highly effective procedures, and workflows to provide consistency across a broad scope of revenue cycle areas to gain efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in reimbursement. This individual is accountable to achieve key performance metrics and meeting operating standards accomplished through effective leadership, communication and innovation while maintaining alignment with strategic goals. The Revenue Cycle Director continually seeks to identify areas of development for leaders to effectively manage their areas of operation and success of teams aimed at reducing overall days in accounts receivable and implement workflows via automation and technology.
