Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

This position involves mounting, buffing, and metal prep, graphic installs, and vortex application.

Essential Skills

  • Assembly experience

  • Production knowledge

  • Proficiency with hand tools and tape measure

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Experience with power tools

  • Electrical assembly skills

  • Welding (Mig)

  • CNC machine operation

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/diagrams

  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience

Work Environment

The plant operates on 1st and 3rd shifts. The 1st shift runs from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 10am on Friday. The 3rd shift runs from 8pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday. The plant has a total of 185 employees, with about 5 currently on the new 3rd shift. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with additional safety gear provided. The environment is clean, well-organized, and laid out to follow the complete ambulance assembly process from start to finish.
