We are seeking an organized and proactive Property Administrator to help manage one property for an apartment complex in Urbandale, IA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled at managing relationships with tenants, service providers, and staff. This company is looking for someone to be on-site Monday through Friday to be a reliable contact for anybody needing assistance at the property.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and storing property documents and contracts.

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal property conditions.

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of monthly events created for tenants.

• Liaising with tenants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

• Conducting property inspections as needed.

• Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or real estate administration 1+ years

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Solid ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
