Job Description:
Coordinates and facilitates quality improvement efforts to ensure the organization provides services that meet high quality performance. Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities. Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups and cross-functional teams throughout the health system. Monitors, tracks, and trends quality performance and reports through appropriate committees and leaders. Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, BSN preferred or minimum of 3 years hospital clinical experience
Performance and Process Improvement/Lean experience, preferred
Knowledge of computer systems, preferred
Certification in PI/Lean tools
Knowledge of Cerner Electronic Health Record
Auditing experience
