Job Description:
Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process for Great River Medical Center, in conjunction with hospital leaders and the vendor . Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and collaborates with leaders and staff and facilitates improvement efforts . Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities . Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups throughout the health system . Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.
Qualifications:
3 years hospital clinical experience required
RN or SW, preferred
Patient satisfaction experience, preferred
Performance and Process I mprovement/Lean experience, preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
