General Partnership and Comp Structure: Salary starts around $300,000; Bonus is contingent upon the overall financial success of DMOS and surgeon productivity. Surgeons keep income above the base salary after overhead deductions. In addition, a partnership track surgeon receives 4 weeks of vacation (or CME time) in the first 12 months of employment, 8 weeks during the second 12 months, and 12 weeks each year after becoming a partner.

The Job: We are seeking Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeons interested in joining a long standing organization with a heart for patients. We are seeking people who are either looking to join a practice or are exploring the opportunities in central Iowa to work in a large orthopedic group. If you are interested in helping restore optimal function to patients with muscle, bone, or ligament injuries, consider sending DMOS a current CV. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must be fellowship trained or in training in their area of expertise (Total Joints, Trauma, etc.). Board certification, active Iowa state licensure (upon hire) and at least five years of direct patient care experience is required.
