Description We are in search of a Sr Data Engineer to join our team located in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. This role requires a hands-on approach to data engineering and will be instrumental in modernizing and leading the building of a Cloud-based Data Lake. You will be deeply involved in the technical aspects of data on a day-to-day basis, with potential growth into a Technical Leader role.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the processing and handling of structured and unstructured data.

• Utilize advanced SQL Server and develop SQL queries.

• Take charge of the rebuilding of an OnPrem data warehouse and the construction of a Data Lake.

• Gain hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.

• Utilize Microsoft Azure and Azure Stack for cloud-based solutions.

• Employ Microsoft SSIS, SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services, and SSIS Packages for data integration.

• Leverage skills in Data Warehousing and Data Warehousing - Mart.

• Utilize Azure Data Lake and Data lakes for large-scale data processing.

• Utilize PowerBi for data analytics.

• Work within an Agile team environment. Requirements • Role: Sr Data Engineer

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize SQL queries

• Experience with SQL Server and SQL Server

• Familiarity with Azure and Azure Stack

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Warehousing - Mart

• Experience working with Azure Data Lake and Data lakes

• Proficiency in SSIS, SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services, and building SSIS Packages

• Experience in SSIS ETL processes and methodologies

• The ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
